I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was very close to the harbor and the marina, where I could easily purchase tickets for Halong Bay tours. The hotel was also very clean and had modern facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located near the pier, making it easy to catch our boat tour. the room was also clean and tidy, which was a relief after a long journey. we appreciated the free bottles of water provided in the room.
the staff had a poor grasp of English, making communication difficult.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and the room itself had a charming and cozy atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with any request or inquiry we had. The location was also convenient, being situated near a hub of activity and transportation options.
The room was not properly soundproofed, making it difficult to sleep at night with the noise from outside. the air conditioning was not very effective, making the room uncomfortably warm and stuffy.

The property was new and spacious. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location near ferry station. Netflix and YouTube on TV. Excellent value for money. Prompt and easy check-in. Modern feel and comfy beds. Helpful and genuine staff.
